Anonieme Chipkaart verlopen

Mijn OV chipkaart was aan het begin van deze maand dus verlopen.. ik had het kunnen weten want die geldigheidsdatum staat achter op. Maar het gedoe om je geld terug te krijgen..

 

Via de website van OV chipkaart kan je een formulier invullen en uit printen. (Ze gaan er maar vanuit dat iedereen een printer heeft) Deze moet je dan samen met je OV chipkaart opsturen en zullen ze je geld terug storten.

Na 2 weken niks gehoord of gezien te hebben toch maar eens gebeld met deze club.. Let op ik had dus een anonieme kaart. De gegevens die ik heb moeten geven is niet normaal.. hallo anonieme kaart… “Anders kunnen we u niet verder helpen meneer.. ” toch dan ook maar m’n telefoonnummer achter gelaten.. afwachtende wat er gaat gebeuren..

Tip van Jeroentje heb je ook een anonieme OV kaart zet de geldigheids datum in je agenda met een waarschuwing van een maand van te voren en reis deze kaart leeg! Plan een reis die hoger is als je saldo en gooi hem daar gewoon weg.. wat een systeem….
